How Lime Sulphur Works
It works as a valuable dormant season spray to reduce carry over burden of mites and fungal populations. By inhibiting the growth of fungal spores and mycelium, lime sulfur insecticide / fungicide helps protect plants from infection and reduces the spread of diseases. Lime sulphur generally prevents plant disease by allowing sulphur to penetrate leaf tissues and kill germinated spores.

Restraints and Cautions
- Do not apply during growing period of apricots, raspberries, cucurbits, peaches or other sulphur sensitive plants.
- Avoid using when freezing weather is predicted.
- Spray in cool of day.
- Best used alone.
- Can be mixed with winter oils.
- Do not apply within 2 weeks of an oil spray.

What precautions should I take when handling lime sulphur?
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. When preparing the spray and using the prepared spray, wear elbow length PVC gloves and face shield or goggles. After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. After each days use, wash gloves and face shield or goggles and contaminated clothing. Avoid inhaling spray, and keep away from children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
