What is Kendeen 20 Surfactant?

Kendeen 20 Surfactant is a non-ionic special wetting agent used as an adjuvant with registered fruit thinning sprays. It assists with the wetting and coverage of the thinning agent to achieve more effective and consistent performance from the thinning spray. Kendeen 20 Surfactant is safe to use as directed and is not phytotoxic to crops.
Kendeen 20 Surfactant contains 1000g/L polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate as its active constituent, an ungrouped non-ionic surfactant.
As a non-ionic wetting agent, Kendeen 20 Surfactant improves the wetting and coverage of thinning compounds on the leaf and fruit surface, helping the thinning spray perform more effectively and consistently.
Kendeen 20 Surfactant is registered as an adjuvant for use with fruit thinning compounds in apples (e.g. NAA Stop Drop, Ethephon or 6-Benzyladenine) and with S-Abscisic Acid products in table grapes. It is also registered for general use as a non-ionic adjuvant. See the Application Guide above for rates.
Add Kendeen 20 Surfactant to the spray tank after the thinning agent has been thoroughly mixed, at the rate specified for your crop or situation in the Application Guide above. Always download and read the current product label before use. This product is not to be used for any purpose or in any manner contrary to the label unless authorised under appropriate legislation.
Kendeen 20 Surfactant is registered as an adjuvant for specific thinning compounds — NAA Stop Drop, Ethephon or 6-Benzyladenine in apples, and S-Abscisic Acid products in table grapes. Always refer to the label of the thinning product itself and use Kendeen 20 Surfactant as per its label directions for use.
Kendeen 20 Surfactant must not be used to contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or with used containers.
Do not handle Kendeen 20 Surfactant until all safety precautions have been read and understood. It may irritate eyes and skin, so avoid contact with eyes and skin and wash hands after use.

If recycling, replace the cap and return clean containers to a recycler or designated collection point. If not recycling, break, crush or puncture the container and deliver it to an approved waste management facility, or bury it 500mm below the surface in a disposal pit clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots, in compliance with relevant local, state or territory regulations.
