Profile

- Triclopyr is absorbed mainly through the foliage and roots, then moves both upward and downward within the plant via the xylem and phloem
- It accumulates in actively growing (meristematic) tissues
- Acting as a synthetic auxin, it disrupts normal growth patterns by triggering uncontrolled cell division and elongation, ultimately leading to plant death
